This young mother always had large breasts. She experienced neck and back pain and didn’t like the way that they drooped all the time. She had lots of stretch marks from when she was breast feeding and wanted to see if she could be smaller and younger looking. She saw breast specialist Dr. Nikesh Patel who recommended a vertical breast reduction that would retain some breast tissue but most importantly keep her breasts young and perky.

She had a vertical breast reduction and came down from a DD to a B-C cup and loves how she has maintained young and healthy appearing breasts that she’s happy to wear to the beach!
